We have a working relationships with a few clients that means we look after their web sites. What we provide as standard: Back Up We regularly back up the web sites so if for any reason the server fails we can get your web site back up and running Analysis As part of your web site in the Hosting package we insert an analytical package that tracks various ways your web site is used by visitors. Marketing ideas We visit your web site weekly when you are first with us to see what you are trying to do and we make suggestions about changes that should help you. After the first 3 months we visit your web site usually once a month. What we provide as the extras? What you pay extra for is a higher level of involvement with your web site, we are your technical and business support around your web site. Web site updates We update the web site for you. You send us the text and images via email and we update or construct the new page for you. We will access our own bank of stock photos to use on your web site We monitor the web site and recommend changes, when you authorise our suggestions we go ahead and make the changes. We are more proactive than normal about your web site!
As part of our normal role we take responsibility for making your web site easy to find. However, we leave the marketing to you, supporting you through the weekly emails providing hints and tips.
Proactive Marketing Support There are ways of achieving your goals and although you will learn them we act as in a more proactive stance, not waiting to be contacted with a question. Once we agree on a course of action we get on it! General Support This is where you have something happening in your group or business and want to make it a function of your web site. This may be anything from a web based policy to a way of delivering a service or product via the web site. We work in and around the internet every day, we use it to sell, buy and for team functions, we bring this experience to bear on your web site. like having your own technical team on stand by!
