It's free because we want you to get online, no barriers! You can take your time building your web site up, you can add pages and take pages away. We want this to be easy and hassle free..... "Web sites without tears!" This is the same web site as you would get in our hosted package. Once we have your site built, your free to add the content, that's the text and images, we'll keep an eye on it to and make suggestions or recommend a design change to accommodate how you are using your web site, everyone is different. When your ready for the site to go live, we'll submit it to search engines and help you promote it! It's easy and you're in control! Web Site We offer a professional web site that will meet all the specifications your group or business needs and you can add to it as your experience and confidence grow. In the free package your address would be www.<name>.inrenfrewshire.com, for instance we would be www.3dc.inrenfrewshire.com - "3DC in Renfrewshire". There is no email facility with this option but the contact form on the site will be forwarded to your own email, i.e. gmail, yahoo or hotmail. If you don't have one we'll set you up with a GMail account by default. Support You get support, primarily by email, though depending on what we are trying to do we may make contact by phone to "walk" you through a support question. We normally ask you to give us up to 72 hours to make a change (3 working days), in reality we make it faster than that! Should you want more pages or directories on your site you need only email the support team and we'll get the additional work done for you.... free of charge Site facilities We can add into your site anything you need, PayPal, Forum, Guest book, Google Map..... we can add just about everything available, the rule of thumb is if we can access it for free, you get it for free. Where facilities incur a charge we can still set that up for you, normally, we ask you to go online and buy the service and allow us access to the facility to customise or retrieve code for inset ion in your web site. Upgrading your site We believe that refreshing your site is good practise and we will review the design of your site between 12 and 18 months, if you want to freshen your site we'll come up with a few ideas for you.
